Every Zipp wheel is made by hand in the Zipp factory in Indianapolis and it takes months of training to learn how to complete each stage.
After the wheels are made, they also need to be tested – we were very lucky to get a close-up tour of these facilities too. While we were there we saw the difference between false and genuine wheels.
