It can be problematic when you’re off the bike and getting on with everyday life, but it can be easily solved with a bit of core work. All you need is a soft, flat area and you can do these 6 exercises pretty much anywhere. They target all of the main muscle groups in the body, and offers a quick, balanced workout for when you’re short on time.
