Richie Porte, multiple stage race winner and Tour de France contender, of the BMC Racing Team discusses the training sessions that he mixes with his cycling training. As you know, Richie is pretty successful so he must be doing something right!
The training drills that Richie explains to Matt Stephens are;
- Threshold Training

- Post Ride "Recovery" Session
- Shake It Off Session
It may sound daunting at first, but don't be scared. If combined with your cycle training you are likely to see an increase in lung capacity as well as refreshing your training routine!
