Matt uses the shower to clean his kit if it's just salty. If it's got lots of dirt on it he uses sink or bath-tub to soak the kit for approx 30mins before rinsing it.

There is also magic Matt's drying technique, it has to be seen to be believed!

Matt also shows the age-old method of shoe drying using scrunched up newspaper! It really does work.
